This is a great high energy snack!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl; form into 1 inch balls using hands.
Arrange bites on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
