1/2 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp flax seed, ground
1 tsp chia seeds
Few ice cubes
1 cup spinach, optional


Add all ingredients and blend.
If you want to prepare ahead of time, place everything but the milk and ice in a sandwich bag and place in freezer. In the morning you can grab a bag and place in the blender.
